VIUDA
NEGRA, one of the pioneering bands of Spanish
Heavy Metal, has just released the 1st advance
single of their first full-length "Al
Final/In the End", an album recorded
in Spanish and English, which will be released
in 2-CD through Fighter Records
on April 2nd.
The current lineup
of VIUDA NEGRA, which includes the members
of the legendary original formation: Javier
Gómez (guitar), Xavi Gómez
(drums) and José Tomás (bass),
with the incorporation of the vocalist Damián
Chicano Ruiz (CHICANOS and EVIL HUNTER),
return to the fray after more than 30 years, to
continue forging Metal in the national and international
music scene.
"Al Final/In
the End" shows a sober musical style
with a sound and an own and recognizable identifying
stamp. Striking guitars and solos, strong rhythms
and melodies with an impeccable vocal quality
that hook you to the first listen.
The
new album of VIUDA NEGRA is a work full
of great songs of Heavy Metal and Hard Rock, songs
that made them mythical in the 80's within the
national Metal scene, and that now with this new
recording and interpretation, with the current
sound and arrangements, they make us enjoy a real
Metal feast. We are going to enjoy those guitar
duels, the shuddering solos and endless trepidating
rhythms that will not leave indifferent any lover
of the genre.
VIUDA

ever, and they are here to stay and rewrite their
history.

NEGRA, una de las bandas pioneras del Heavy
Metal español, acaba de lanzar el 1er single
de adelanto de su primer larga duración "Al
Final/In the End", un álbum grabado
en español e inglés, que saldrá
editado en 2-CD a través de Fighter
Records el próximo 2 de Abril.
La formación
actual de VIUDA NEGRA, que cuenta con los
integrantes de la mítica formación
original: Javier Gómez (guitarra),
Xavi Gómez (batería) y José
Tomás (bajo), con la incorporación
del vocalista Damián Chicano Ruiz
(CHICANOS y EVIL HUNTER), vuelven a la carga después
de más de 30 años, para seguir forjando
el Metal en el panorama musical nacional e internacional.
"Al Final/In the End" muestra un
estilo musical sobrio con un sonido y un sello identificativo
propio y reconocible. Guitarras y solos estremecedores,
ritmos contundentes y melodías con una calidad
vocal impecable que te enganchan a la primera escucha.
El nuevo álbum de VIUDA NEGRA es un
trabajo repleto de grandes canciones de Heavy Metal
y Hard Rock, canciones que los hicieron míticos
en los '80 dentro de la escena metalera nacional,
y que ahora con esta nueva grabación e interpretación,
con el sonido y arreglos actuales, hacen que podamos
disfrutar de un auténtico festín metalero.
