EXCALIBUR, the legendary spanish Heavy Metal band formed back in 1984, have just signed a deal with Fighter Records for the release of their 3rd album that will be entitled "Humo Negro" (Black Smoke) that's going to be released this coming spring.

     After a couple of demos in '84 & '87, EXCALIBUR released their debut album in '88 under the title of "Generación Maldita" (Damned Generation) which has the honor of being the Heavy Metal record with the highest selling price in this country; no more and no less than 1.600 euros!! The bad luck followed this record: only 100 copies were saved from destruction which means it’s one of the most sought-after treasures of spanish Heavy/ Rock.

     In 1996 EXCALIBUR recorded their 2nd album "Cero" (Zero), which was never commercialized, remaining unreleased still today. In 2013 the band returned with a new EP entitled "Más Duros" (Harder). Now in 2017, EXCALIBUR has finished what will be their 3rd full length album "Humo Negro", where they represent the purest and most traditional spanish Heavy/ Hard Rock and will be released, promoted and distributed both nationally and internationally by Fighter Records.

    EXCALIBUR, la legendaria banda española de Heavy Metal formada en 1984, acaba de firmar contrato con Fighter Records para la edición de su 3er álbum que llevará por título "Humo Negro" y que tiene prevista su edición para esta primavera.

    Tras un par de demos en el '84 y '87, EXCALIBUR editó su álbum debut en el '88 titulado "Generación Maldita" y que tiene el honor de ostentar el récord del precio más alto pagado por un disco de Heavy Metal en este país; ni más ni menos que 1.600 euros!! La mala suerte llevó a que de este disco sólo se salvaran de la destrucción, unas 100 copias, y supone uno de los tesoros más preciados del Heavy/ Rock nacional.

    En 1996 la banda grabó su segundo álbum "Cero", que no llegó a comercializarse, permaneciendo inédito a día de hoy y en 2013 la banda volvió con la edición de un nuevo EP titulado "Más Duros". Ya en 2017, EXCALIBUR ha finalizado lo que será su 3er álbum completo "Humo Negro", donde representan el más puro y tradicional Heavy/ Hard Rock nacional y será editado, promocionado y distribuido tanto a nivel nacional como internacional por Fighter Records.
